Configure Redeem Options
Overview of the Redeem Options available in the Loyalaty Hub
Use the Redeem Options tab to configure your loyalty economy. This configuration options allows users to redeem tokens for real world prizes.
Prizes include the following options:
- Physical: This allows users to redeem token for physical items. Use this option only if you have a third party integration in place to manage the distribution of these items.
- Digital: This functions similarly to the physical prize option but applies to digital items. For example, NFTs, digital tickets, and discounts.
- Currency Conversion: This option allows users to redeem tokens for a specified currency. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are configurable and multiple currency options are available. This option requires a third-party integration to process payouts.
The assignment of redeem options is not managed by Xtremepush. When configuring these options in the Redeem Options tab, provide a webhook URL that connects to a third party integration or a bonus engine. A POST request is sent to this URL when a user tries to redeem their tokens for rewards. This request tells the third party integration to provide the physical item, digital item, or funds to the user.
