# Configure Redeem Options

Overview of the Redeem Options available in the Loyalaty Hub

Use the **Redeem Options** tab to configure your loyalty economy. This configuration options allows users to redeem tokens for real world prizes.

Prizes include the following options:

- **Physical**: This allows users to redeem token for physical items. Use this option only if you have a third party integration in place to manage the distribution of these items.
- **Digital**: This functions similarly to the physical prize option but applies to digital items. For example, NFTs, digital tickets, and discounts.
- **Currency Conversion**: This option allows users to redeem tokens for a specified currency. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are configurable and multiple currency options are available. This option requires a third-party integration to process payouts.

The assignment of redeem options is not managed by Xtremepush. When configuring these options in the **Redeem Options** tab, provide a webhook URL that connects to a third party integration or a bonus engine. A POST request is sent to this URL when a user tries to redeem their tokens for rewards. This request tells the third party integration to provide the physical item, digital item, or funds to the user.
