Our support team is available Monday to Friday 09:00–17:30 in Ireland/UK and United States Eastern timezones, excluding public holidays. We will get back to you as soon as possible within these hours.

It allows us to research your query, we can loop in experts to help, attach links to further reading, and everyone gets a written record. You will receive an automated confirmation when you send us a new support ticket, so that you know we received it.
