Customise Widget

You can customise the widget as per your requirement. When you first configure the widget, you have the option to select a template or create your widget from scratch.

Widget customisation requires some knowledge of front-end development. This section is intended for a developer audience.

The following video shows an example widget configuration using the pre-defined Loyalty Hub template. This template includes three major tabs.

• Level: Displays the current level progression for a user and the loyalty features available to them.
• Earn: Lists all available loyalty features, such as quests and polls.
• Redeem: Displays all redeem options within the loyalty solution where users can exchange tokens for rewards.

This section is split into categories:

• Widget Layout: Define the page based structure and specific components that form the widget.
• Widget Appearance: Customise the visual style of the widget through colour palettes and font settings.
• Widget Preview: Test user interactions and verify how the widget appears to different users.
