# Manage Quests

Manage existing quests in the Loyalty Hub

In the **Quests** tab, you can view and manage every quest you have created. The following information is displayed for each quest:

- **Status**: Indicates if the quest is active or deactivated.
  - **Active**: The quest is live and available to users. An active quest which is hidden from your users still shows up as active in this list.
  - **Deactivated**: The quest is no longer available to users.
- **Title**: The public name of the quest as it appears in the loyalty widget.
- **Access**: Highlights the quest restrictions.
- **Event**: Displays the specific event that triggers the quest.
- **Fields**: This column shows the reward, such as tokens, that users receive for triggering the quest.

You can perform several actions to control your quests.

- **Activate** or **Deactivate**:
  - Deactivate a quest when it is no longer required. Your users will not be able to view or start a quest when it’s deactivated.
  - Activate a deactivated quest if required. If the deactivated quest has date restrictions, ensure the dates are updated. It is recommended to create a quest instead of reactivating an old one for optimal performance.
- **Edit**: Modify the configuration of a quest as required. Updates take effect immediately upon saving, and the quest begins operating according to the new parameters without any downtime.
- **Delete**: Permanently remove a quest from the platform. When you delete a quest, it is removed from the list and can no longer be accessed or triggered by users. All triggered events and rewards issued to users remain recorded in Xtremepush.

> [!TIP]
> It is recommended to deactivate a quest if it is no longer required.
