This page is a record of what is new and improved in each XpertOS release, with the newest release first.
v2.2.0 (9 September 2026)
New features
- Large search results: A search now returns a handle to its full result set, so you can page through it, export it or summarise it without running the search again. Exports are written from the stored result set rather than from what is on screen, so a downloaded CSV is complete even when the answer above it was a summary.
- Progress updates on long responses: When a response takes more than a few seconds, the chat now tells you what it is doing instead of showing nothing.
- Bulk actions on analytics results: Analytics results can now be paged, exported and summarised with the same bulk tools as any other result, and the assistant is better at asking for all-campaign statistics in one bounded request rather than fetching every campaign in turn.
- Deleting organisations: You can now delete an organisation from the Org Charts page. Deletion is non-destructive — briefs that referenced the organisation are kept, with their link to it cleared.
- Audit logging for Flow runs: Every Flow run is now recorded in the Control Tower audit log, alongside the chat and Crew activity already covered there.
Improvements
- Large tool results are no longer cut short: Tools now decide how their own results should be shortened — which fields matter, and what a page of results looks like — so a long result is reduced sensibly instead of being cut off mid-way. Results too large to show at all are saved as an artefact you can open or download, and the counts reported alongside them are accurate rather than estimated. This applies across chat, Flows and Crews, including runs that pause for approval and resume.
- Fewer stalled responses: Connections to the underlying model service are now checked and recycled before they are reused, waiting times are bounded per operation, and the first part of a streamed response arrives on a connection that is already warm. Together these remove the class of stall where a response hung on a connection the other side had already dropped.
- More reliable analytics queries: The assistant now works from a single, accurate description of your campaign performance data, so queries are written against the columns that actually exist. If it does meet a column it does not recognise, it tells you instead of guessing.
Fixes
- Inspiration Flows for new accounts: The Flows Library was empty for newly created accounts. Inspiration Flow templates are now added as soon as the first user is set up.
- Sending a new message mid-response: Starting a new message while the previous response was still arriving left both of them running. The earlier response is now stopped properly.
- Tables in chat: Wide tables pushed the chat layout out of shape. They now stay within the chat column and scroll inside it.
- Incorrect analytics results: Some analytics queries returned wrong figures when a calculated column shared its name with an existing one. Those queries are now written correctly, with a recovery path if the problem is met anyway.
- Crew badges on the home dashboard: The Crew badge on the home dashboard never appeared, and a leftover badge on Xpert cards that was never meant to be there has been removed.
- CSV format in AI action nodes: AI action nodes in agentic Flows ignored the CSV format chosen on the node and used the default format instead.
- Slack steps in workflows: A Slack step that got no response could hang a workflow indefinitely. Slack calls now time out.
v2.0.10 (27 July 2026)
New features
- Brand tagging for Knowledge Base and Assets: You can now tag knowledge entries and assets to one or more brands. Brand badges show on cards and in detail views so you can see at a glance which brand something belongs to, and what you see is filtered to the brand you're currently working in. Anything you created before this release stays visible everywhere until you tag it.
Fixes
- Campaign status updates: Fixed an issue where updating campaign statuses could overload the servers and cause crashes.
