Upload Icons

Upload reward icons under Widget > Media and Assets before configuring any loyalty features. When configuring any loyalty features, such as a quest or reward rule, you must specify the reward. The reward selection window contains the reward and its associated icon as shown in the image below.

Loyalty Hub includes standard preset icons for each reward type which you can replace in the Media and Assets tab.

Icons for rewards or redeem options can also be uploaded outside the Media and Assets tab. These are stored in an internal icon library that opens when adding an icon when:

• Configuring a reward for any loyalty feature in the Ways to Earn tab.
• Configuring a redeem option in Redeem > Options.

Random Reward and Choose Reward Icon

Random and Choose Reward are reward modifiers you can use in your loyalty features. For more information, see Reward Modifiers.

The icons for these options are visible on the widget next to the reward as shown in the image below.

Add a How it Works Section

In the Media and Assets tab, you can also add text for the How to section in your widget. Each Loyalty widget includes a help icon that displays general information to all users.

Enter text in the How it Works field. This field supports markdown for custom formatting. This information can be added at a later stage after all loyalty features are configured. The image below shows an example of how this section renders on the widget.
