# Content

Content is where the material your Xperts work with lives. Some of it you provide, so Xperts write in your voice and use your images. The rest is what Xperts produce for you. Everything here is shared across your organisation, so your assistant, your flows, and your crews all draw on the same source.

## What you give your Xperts, and what they give back

| Area | What it holds | How it is used |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Knowledge Base** | Brand guidelines, tone of voice, campaign examples, and reference facts | Xperts reference it in chat, flows, and crews, so their output sounds like you. Crews can add new entries from their findings. |
| **Media** | Images and files for your campaigns | Used in emails and in Campaign Content image fields. Xperts choose images by their description and tags. |
| **Campaign Content** | Reviewed message copy, such as email subjects, push titles, and SMS text | Ready-to-use copy for your campaigns |
| **Dynamic Content** | Image templates and personalisation | Images rendered from your templates are saved to Media automatically. |
| **Xpert Artefacts** | Reports, exports, and generated content | The output library for flows, Xperts, and crew briefs, saved so you can find and reuse it |

## Why it matters

Xperts are only as good as what they have to work with. A Knowledge Base with a few strong examples, and a Media library where every image is described and tagged, make the difference between generic output and campaigns that look and sound like your brand.

Keep it current: archive images you no longer want used, and remove expired offers from the Knowledge Base.
