Configure Loyalty User Segments

Segments created in the Xtremepush CDP currently cannot be used in the Loyalty Hub. Any segments you create in the Loyalty Hub also do not appear in the Xtremepush CDP.

You must create and manage user segments within the Loyalty Hub. These are real time segments that evaluate user status instantly as they interact with your loyalty widget. Users move in and out of segments automatically based on your defined criteria.

Once you create these segments, they are visible in the left sidebar under Users > Segments. The number displayed next to the segment icon indicates the total users currently in that segment.

To see what percentage of your total user base this segment represents, hover over the user count.

To create a user segment, do the following:

1. Go to Users > Segments > Create segment
2. Provide the following details:
   • Name: Enter the name of the segment
   • Add requirement: Build your segment criteria using the available attributes. You can use And or Or logic to combine one or more criteria.
3. Click Submit
