In-App campaign messages are delivered when an event is triggered by users on your application. Similarly, On-site campaign messages are delivered when an event is triggered by users on your website.
You can create In-App or On-Site campaigns using either of the following options:
From the Campaigns tab, click Create Campaigns and then In-App / On-Site
Create a single stage campaign, and go to App Channels in the campaign Setup tab.
The steps to create In-App or On-Site campaigns are similar to the steps required for any single-stage campaign. With In-App or On-site campaigns, the type of campaign content you can create and the campaign event triggers differ.
