Use Case: Referral Milestone

In this example, a user must make five referrals by the end of March. This quest only unlocks once the user has completed a previous quest for making three referrals. The reward for completing this quest is 500 tokens

The configuration for this example is as follows:

Specify Desired Action and Occurrence

Desired Action: Select the event , for example referralmade, with a target of 5. This means a user must make 5 referrals to complete this quest.
Occurrence: Set the occurrence to One Time, as the desired action of five referrals, must only occur once.

Specify Quest Restrictions

The quest must have the following restrictions

Select the Refer 3 Friends Before March quest in the Unlocks After Completing drop-down. This ensures that this quest is unlocked only after users complete the existing quest requiring 3 referrals.
Select the Immediately checkbox. This ensures that the quest is immediately available to users after you finish the quest configuration.
Set the quest completion date to 1st March as the quest must be completed before March. After this date, the quest is deactivated and no longer visible to users.

Specify the Quest Reward

Set the reward to 500 tokens for completing the quest.

Manage Quest Visibility

Set the title to Refer 5 Friends Before March and then upload an relevant icon.
