Use Case: Multisport Betting

This is a time-limited quest for VIP users. A user must place three bets of 20$ or more on the NFL, NBA, and MLB within one month of starting the quest. The quest reward is 300 tokens, an additional quest, and an external reward.

The configuration for this example is as follows:

Specify Desired Action and Occurrence

Desired Action: Create 3 separate desired actions since the quest completion criteria is 3 bets in each NFL NBA, and MLB.
- Select the event betExecuted event with a target of 1. This requires the user to make the bet once.
- Use the sport property and amount filter as shown in the image below to ensure that the user makes a 20$ bet on each sport.
Occurrence: Set the occurrence to One Time, as the desired action, the three bets, must only occur once.

Specify Quest Restrictions

The quest has two restrictions:

Set the Completion Period to one month. This ensures that users have a one month after accepting the quest to make the three bets.
Specify the VIP segment under User Requirements to ensure that the quest is only accessible for users in the VIP user segment.

Specify Quest Rewards

Specify the following rewards for completing the quest:

300 tokens
An additional Quest
An external reward where users get 60 days of 1% Savings Boost

Manage Quest Visibility

Set the title of the quest to Place a 20$ bet on the NBA, NFL and MLB and upload the associated icon
(Optional) Set Can user cancel this quest to Yes.
(Optional) Select the VIP Quest under Group. This groups this quest under the VIP Quest group in your widget.
(Optional) Payload for event on Click: Paste a link which takes the user to the betting page on your website. This link appears next to the quest on your widget, which allows users to quickly navigate to your betting page.
