Search from anywhere

Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) to open the command palette. It searches across Xperts, flows, conversations, artefacts, and more, and gives you quick shortcuts to jump anywhere in the platform.

Step 1: Set your time and language options

Set your organisation's timezone in Settings > Admin > Regional Settings so requests like "this week" and "tomorrow" resolve correctly. Administrators can also set an output language (UK or US English) that applies across chat, flows, and briefs.

Step 2: Check your integrations

  1. Click Settings at the bottom of the sidebar, then open the Integrations tab.

  2. Each integration shows whether it is connected. Connected services show a green indicator.

  3. Your Xtremepush connection is the most important one. If it is not yet connected, follow Connecting your Xtremepush instance before going further.

Step 3: Browse your Xpert team

  1. Click Xperts in the sidebar, then Built-in Xperts.

  2. Each card shows the Xpert's specialism and the tools it can use. Open any Xpert to see its full capabilities.

Step 4: Look at Xpert Flows and the Inspiration library

  1. Click Flows in the sidebar, then Inspiration.

  2. Browse the ready-made flows. These are working examples of what you can automate, from daily reports to campaign planning.

  3. When one catches your eye, read Using Inspirations before you copy it: each flow needs a small amount of tailoring before it will work for your data.

Step 5: Open the Knowledge Base

  1. Click Content in the sidebar, then Knowledge Base.

  2. This is where you give your Xperts context about your business: brand guidelines, tone of voice, and example campaigns.

  3. Adding material here is one of the highest-value setup steps. See Setting up your Knowledge Base.

Step 6: Have your first conversation

  1. Click Assistant in the sidebar.

  2. Type a question into the message box at the bottom and press Enter. Good first questions include:

    • "What can you help me with?"

    • "What integrations are connected?"

    • "Tell me about the tools you have access to."

  3. Watch the response arrive. The assistant shows each tool it uses to find information, so you can see exactly where an answer came from.

You can ask follow-up questions naturally. The assistant remembers the context within the current conversation, so "tell me more about the second one" works as you would expect.
