Xtremepush Intelligence includes one standard, out-of-the-box dashboard: Campaign Performance dashboard. This dashboard displays campaign engagement, betting activity, and deposit behaviour, and is available to you as soon as your Intelligence setup is complete.
Data integration requirements
Below are the standard dashboard tabs available in your Intelligence suite, along with what they cover. This assumes a full input of supporting data from you, as described in Data Integration Requirements. You can discuss the data required with your Account Manager and the Onboarding Team.
Go to Intelligence Dashboards or Intelligence > Data Engine > Published Dashboards to view the dashboard.
The dashboard contains three tabs:
Campaign Performance by Engagement
This tab shows how each channel is performing over time, tracking message volume, send trends, and click rates, so you can see whether engagement is improving or declining channel by channel.
Use this tab to spot which channels are driving the most engagement and whether performance is trending up or down month over month
Campaign Performance by Bet
This tab focuses on bets placed within the attribution window after a customer received a campaign, and breaks performance down by vertical. Bets are tracked as a standalone user metric. Via CRM means a bet has been attributed back to a campaign because it occurred within that campaign's attribution window.
Use this tab to see which campaigns are driving bets, and how conversion is trending, so you can spot which campaigns to scale up or rework.
Campaign Performance by Deposit
This tab focuses on deposits made within the attribution window after a customer received a campaign.
Use this tab to see which campaigns are driving deposits, and how conversion is trending, so you can spot which campaigns to scale up or rework.
Each tab includes filters so you can customise the data view, including Campaign Name and Message Variant.
How bets and deposits are attributed
The Campaign Performance by Bet and Campaign Performance by Deposit tabs use a last-touch attribution model. This means player actions (bets and deposits) are credited to the most recent campaign interaction, a receive, open, or click, within a 3-day attribution window.
Creating your own dashboards
We suggest that you start with the standard dashboard described above to get fully comfortable with what is available to you first. If you feel you have grown beyond that and want to look at creating your own custom dashboards, this section explains how.
