Xtremepush Intelligence turns your player event data into actionable insights, without the overhead of building and maintaining your own data warehouse or analytics pipeline.
Once it is live, Intelligence automatically processes your events and delivers ready-to-use player attributes, pre-built datasets, out-of-the-box dashboards, and ML-powered segmentation directly inside the Xtremepush platform.
If you are interested in adding Intelligence to your account, it is available as a chargeable add-on. Speak to your account manager to discuss pricing and next steps.
To set up Intelligence, we start with your player event data, which needs to reach us in a format described in Data Integration Requirements. It then goes through a setup process where our team validates and deploys it for you. Depending on your specific set up this will take several weeks from first data through to go-live. See Setup Overview for what to expect along with Typical Timelines involved.
The rest of this section describes what you get once that setup is complete.
The diagram below shows how your event data flows through Intelligence: from the point it enters the platform, through classification in the Event Property Model, out to computed player attributes, pre-built datasets, dashboards, and machine learning models.

Event Property Model
Events you send and map to XP pass through the Event Property Model, a standardisation layer that classifies each event by four properties:
Nature: The business domain of the event (casino, sports, bingo, deposit, withdrawal, bonus)
Value type: Whether value moves from player to operator (wager/debit) or from operator to player (payout/credit)
Value: The monetary amount of the transaction
Transaction key: The identifier that links a wager to its payout
This classification produces a standardised events table which is the foundation that computed attributes, datasets, dashboards, and machine learning models is built from.
You send the events. Intelligence handles the classification, aggregation, and model deployment. For details on sending your data, see Setup Overview.
What you get
You get four main things from Intelligence: computed player attributes, pre-built datasets, dashboards, and machine learning models. For more info on each offering, see Intelligence Offerings.
Computed player attributes
With Intelligence, you get over 150 attributes per player which are written directly to each player's profile. These attributes cover the full spectrum of player behaviour:
Deposits and withdrawals: amounts, counts, averages, and first/last activity dates
Casino performance: wager amounts, payout amounts, GGR, margin
Sportsbook performance: wager amounts, payout amounts, GGR, margin
Revenue: total GGR, total NGR (net gaming revenue after bonus cost), overall margin
Bonuses: bonus wager and payout amounts, bonus GGR
Attributes are calculated across five time windows, last 7, 14, 30, and 90 days, plus lifetime, giving you a complete picture of player behaviour at any timescale.
These attributes are available in the Xtremepush segmentation engine for campaign targeting. No additional configuration is required.
Pre-built datasets
In parallel to computed attributes, Intelligence produces a set of pre-aggregated datasets in your BI suite. These power the out-of-the-box dashboards and are also available for you to query directly, build custom reports on, or use as the basis for custom computations.
The datasets include daily, weekly, monthly, and lifetime views of player activity and revenue at both individual player and platform levels.
Dashboards
Built on top of the data model, Intelligence provides out-of-the-box dashboards for campaign attribution reporting and commercial analytics.
Machine learning models
Built on top of the data model, Intelligence includes four standard iGaming models for player segmentation and predictive targeting.
