The Control Room shows a Crew at work in real time: the Team Leader delegating tasks to specialist Xperts one by one, and each Xpert reporting back as it finishes its piece. Any brief that is In Progress runs here.
Watch the handoff
Go to Crews > Control Room.
Use the organisation selector to choose which Crew's team and channels to view, if you have more than one.
Click the channel for the brief you want to watch. This opens a summary: status & objective. Click the expand icon for the full Objective, Description, Success Criteria, and Assigned Agents, then View Conversation to open the live message feed.
In the message feed, the Team Leader posts its plan first: the tasks, which Xpert handles each one, and any dependencies between them. From there, watch the handoff happen task by task, for example a Sports Research Specialist producing fixture context, a Data Analyst pulling performance data, a Content Specialist writing variants from both, and a QA Specialist signing off before anything moves on.
Approve at the gate
If the brief has Require approval for sensitive actions turned on, it pauses and moves to Waiting for Approval before executing any potentially sensitive actions. For example activating a campaign or segment. You are notified, and can approve to let it continue or reject to stop it.
Check what it produced
When a brief completes, the channel shows the Team Leader's final synthesis. Output artefacts, such as reports, content variants, and campaign drafts, are saved to Artefacts, and the brief's status updates on the Kanban board in Briefs.
Best practices
Watch the Control Room closely while you are still learning how your Crews work
Review the execution plan as soon as it posts, before tasks are dispatched
Turn on approval for sensitive actions for briefs where the outcome matters
