An Xpert Crew is a team of Xperts that works towards an objective you set in a Brief, rather than following a fixed flow. It plans its own steps and adapts as it goes. This suits work you know the ultimate goal but don't know which agents are required or the exact steps they should take to get there.
Flows or Crews?
Whether you reach for a Flow or a Crew depends on how repeatable the task is and how much of the process you want to define yourself.

A useful way to decide between a Flow and a Crew: if the work follows a fixed pattern you already do the same way each time, build a Flow. If you would rather hand over an objective and its success criteria than dictate every step, build a Crew.
