When your assistant needs to check a segment, or draft an email variant for a test, it may choose to route the question to whichever Xpert is best suited for the task. This page introduces the concept of built-in Xperts that you get out of the box with XpertOS.
What a built-in Xpert is
A built-in Xpert is a specialist agent ready to use immediately, available to everyone in your organisation, that you cannot edit or delete. Each one is scoped to a job: writing content, running QA, querying data, building a segment, and so on.
For a full list of all available Xperts navigate to: Xperts > Built-in Xperts
What you see on an Xpert card
Icon and colour - a visual identifier so you can recognise the Xpert at a glance
Name and description - what the Xpert does
Use case - the category it belongs to
Tool count - how many tools it has access to
Click View Details on any card to open its Overview (full description, use case, tool count, and status) and its Tools tab (the complete list of tools it can call).
Builder Xperts never send anything
Any Xpert that creates a campaign, journey, or segment always creates a draft. Content, channels, and targeting are attached, but activation is a manual step you take yourself.
Finding a capability
Navigate to Xperts > Tools to see every tool available across all Xperts. If you are not sure whether XpertOS can do something, check the Tools tab, or simply ask in Chat: "What tools do you have for [task]?"
