An Xpert is a specialist AI agent inside XpertOS: a use case, a set of tools, and instructions tuned for one job. Xperts are what actually do the work behind Chat, Flows, and Crews, rather than a single general-purpose assistant trying to cover every task.
Built-in Xperts cover the most common jobs and are ready to use immediately. If none of them quite fits, you can create a custom Xpert scoped to your own domain, tools, and checklists.
Where you meet an Xpert
Context | How an Xpert gets involved |

Chat | Your question is answered directly by the Xpert Assistant or automatically routed to whichever Xpert, or combination of Xperts, is best suited to answer it. You do not choose one yourself. |
Flows | You can optionally assign a specific Xpert to an AI block, giving that step access to the Xpert's tools. |
Crews | You assign specific Xperts to work on a brief's objective, coordinated by the Team Leader Xpert. |
