Monitor User Activity

After you’ve launched your loyalty features, you can monitor how users are interacting with your widget using the All Users and Transactions tab in the Loyalty Hub.

User activity details like events are recorded in the Xtremepush CDP under Data Manager> User Profiles > Events. However, the All Users tab in the Loyalty Hub is the primary location for monitoring user activity with your loyalty widget.

This section is divided into the following:

• Manage Users: View and manage user activity in the All Users tab.
• Monitor User Transactions: Describes the details recorded when a user redeems a reward for tokens. This section is only relevant if you’ve configured Redeem Options.
