The loyalty dashboard is the single view of the current state of your loyalty solution. Here, you can check how your loyalty solution is performing without opening each feature, like quest or reward rule, separately.
The dashboard is a summary only. To create or edit loyalty features, go to the relevant feature page.
The dashboard brings together three types of information:
Feature and user figures: Show the number of users and loyalty features in your solution, such as quests, levels, leaderboards, and redeem options. Each figure also shows a trend, and status details such as how many items are active, expired, or disabled.
Recent activity: Shows the latest notifications, redeem transactions, and user feedback, so you can spot issues and follow user activity as it happens.
Quick access: Links to the Loyalty Hub pages you opened most recently and to the loyalty documentation.

Example Dashboard in the Loyalty Hub
You can choose which figures appear on the dashboard and change their order. This lets you focus on the parts of your loyalty solution that matter most to your team. Your layout is saved, so it stays the same when you return. You can reset the dashboard to the default layout at any time.
How the figures are calculated
The figures on the dashboard reflect the time period you select. Each figure shows two numbers:
The main number: The number of new items added within the selected period.
The total: The overall number of items in your loyalty solution.
For example, in the screenshot above All Users shows 200 of 464. This means 200 new users joined within the selected period, and there are 464 users in total. The same applies to the other loyalty features on the dashboard, such as quests, levels, and leaderboards. For example, a leaderboard figure shows how many new leaderboards you created within the selected period, compared with the total number of leaderboards.
Each figure also shows a trend, which compares the selected period with the previous period of the same length. For example, if you select 30 days, the trend compares the last 30 days with the 30 days before that. A positive trend means activity increased. A negative trend means activity decreased.
The dashboard shows data from the time it loads. Refresh the dashboard to update all figures, including recent transactions.
What the dashboard helps you understand
Growth: Shows how your user base and loyalty content change over time, so you can see if your solution is growing or slowing down.
Feature health: Shows how much of your loyalty features are live compared to expired or disabled. A high number of expired or disabled items can mean your solution needs new content to keep users engaged.
Issues that need action: Surfaces events such as failed external reward distributions or redeem transactions that need review, so you can act on them before they affect users.
User activity: Shows recent redeem transactions and user feedback, so you can see how users interact with your widget.
