Review Game Performance and User Activity

After your game campaign is launched and users begin to play, you can monitor their activity and game performance. Navigate to the Games tab within your game campaign to view the following:

• The list of all of your users that have played the game
• Details of the prizes won and by which user
• When a user finished a game session. The name of this column differs based on the type of game. For example, it’s Spun At for the Wheels game and Finished At for penalty shootout game.
• The timestamp of when a user accepted or rejected a prize.

You can also filter the game data based on:

• Prize: To see the users who have won a specified price
• Customer ID: To see gameplay details of a specific user
• Date and Time range: To see if the game has been played more or less in one
