Manage Achievments

Manage existing achievements in the Loyalty Hub

In the Achievements tab, you can view and manage every achievement you have created. This page provides a summary of each achievement including the following details:

  • Icon: The icon uploaded for the specific achievement.
  • Details: The title and description of each achievement
  • Access: This indicates the visibility setting, such as if the achievement is visible from the start or if it only appears after a user has completed it.
  • Completion: This displays the number of user attribute requirements you’ve configured for an achievement. For example, if a user must complete 20 quests and earn 10 total rewards, the column will display 2 requirements.
  • Reward: The reward associated with the achievement.

Edit or delete achievements

You can edit achievements if required, for example, if you want to change the reward provided when a user earns an achievement.

You can also delete achievements that are no longer required. Deleting an achievement also removes it from the user profile, meaning it will no longer appear for users who previously attained it.
