Manage Polls

Manage existing achievements in the Loyalty Hub

The Polls page provides a list of every poll created and a snapshot of their current performance. The following information is displayed for each poll:

  • Status: Shows the current state of the poll. The following are the possible poll statuses:
    • Pending: The poll’s Start date has not passed
    • In Progress: The poll is in progress. Polls without time restrictions will always have an In Progress status until they’re manually closed.
    • Completed: The poll’s Completion Duration has passed and users can no longer submit their picks.
  • Responses: The total number of users who have submitted a vote.
  • Details: The title and description of the poll.
  • Time to Start/Finish: If you have specified a start date and completion date for the poll, the following is displayed:
    • If the poll Start Date has not yet passed, the column shows the remaining days, hours, minutes, or seconds until the poll starts.
    • If the poll is currently active, the column shows the remaining days, hours, minutes, or seconds until the poll reaches its Completion Duration.
  • Type: Shows if the poll is configured to allow Single or Multiple answers.
  • Reward: The specific reward associated with the poll.

You can use the Manage option to perform the following actions:

  • Review: View a summary of the poll details and the specific settings that were configured.
  • Close: Manually end an active poll before its scheduled completion duration. Your users can no longer make selections for this poll. The poll results remain visible if you’ve specified a Results Visibility Duration.
  • Duplicate: Create a copy of an existing poll to use as a template for a new one.
  • Delete: Permanently remove a poll from the Loyalty Hub.
  • Edit: Modify the poll configuration. You can only edit polls that are in a Pending status. Once a poll is in progress, it cannot be edited.
