The Asset Library is your image and media store. Store, organise, and reuse images here so they are ready whenever a campaign, email, or piece of AI-generated content needs one.
These might be used as banners, heros, logos, product visuals, or many other types of image within campaigns the Xperts build in your Xtremepush project.
Open the Asset Library
Click Content in the sidebar to expand it.
Click Asset Library.
Upload assets
Click Add Asset.
Select one of the accepted file types from your computer.
Complete all context fields.
Click Save to upload the file and add it to your library.
Best practices
Use descriptive filenames: a clear name is easier to find later than a generic one.
Complete contextual fields: adding good context in description, category, and tags allows the agents to pick the best asset for the relevant job.
Keep image sizes reasonable: smaller files load faster in campaigns and emails. Files below 1mb are best.
Organise your library
The Asset Library displays assets as thumbnails, so you can find what you need quickly. You can:
