Channel settings

Enable and configure marketing channels

Channels can be enabled or disabled per project. Within a project, go to Settings > Channels. The Enabled channels tab shows the channels currently enabled for the project, and allows each to be toggled on/off.

Click Save to confirm any changes.


Your licence agreement may limit which channels are available to projects within your company space. To request further channels, please speak to your account manager, or contact us.

Enabled channels are configured on their respective tab within channel settings. These are explained in more detail in the relevant quick start guides:


SMS, Email and WhatsApp channels require assistance from us to be configured. Please speak to your account manager, or contact us.
