Segmentation: engagement
To create segments based on user engagement, select Engagement from the data categories dropdown list. The data available is:
Campaign message
An input field is presented. Start typing the campaign name you wish to use, the name will be completed for you or a list of campaigns including the typed text will be displayed for you to choose from.
A drop list is also presented with a list of the actions that you want to test against this campaign (whether the campaign has been received, opened, clicked, etc), another with a list of time comparisons to choose from and input fields or drop lists to qualify the action timeframe.

This example shows a condition that applies to users who opened a campaign called 'inbox message' in the last 10 days.
Channel message
A drop list is presented with the available channels in the project, select the appropriate one.
Another drop list is presented with a list of the actions that you want to test against this channel (whether any message from this channel has been received, opened, clicked, etc), another with a list of time comparisons to choose from and input fields or drop lists to qualify the action timeframe.

This example shows a condition that applies to users who opened any email message.
Email subscription
A drop list of subscription choices is presented, select the appropriate option.

This example shows a condition that applies to users who subscribed for email.
SMS subscription
A drop list of subscription choices is presented, select the appropriate option.

This example shows a condition that applies to users who unsubscribed for SMS.
Push accessible
A drop list of Yes or No is presented, select the appropriate option.

This example shows a condition, that applies to users who are accessible on push messages.
Email accessible
A drop list of Yes or No is presented, select the appropriate option.

This example shows a condition that applies to users who are not accessible on email messages.
SMS accessible
A drop list of Yes or No is presented, select the appropriate option.

This example shows a condition that applies to users who are accessible on SMS messages.
Subscription preferences
An input field is presented, enter the preference you want to test.
A drop list is also presented to choose the subscription status you require.

The example above shows a condition that applies to users whose Sports (SMS) subscription preference is subscribed.
