Create audiences based on device data points
To create segments based on specific user device information, select Device info from the data categories drop list. Once you have added the relevant criteria outlined below, click Save. Only active devices will be returned. The data available is:
OS Name
Identify active devices by Operating System. A drop list is presented with the available operators, such as Equals or Not equals, and another of available OS choices for your condition.

This example shows a condition that applies to users whose device OS name is not iOS.
OS version
Identify active devices by OS version. A drop list is presented with the available operators such as Equals or Not equals, and an input field for you to enter a version number.

This example shows a condition that applies to users whose device OS version equals version 14.3.
App version
Identify active devices by app version. A drop list is presented with the available operators, such as More than or Less than, and another of available app versions. The app version is automatically set on mobile apps and can be set for websites via the SDK

This example above shows a condition that applies to users whose app version is more than version 1.0.
Device model
Identify active mobile devices by their model. A drop list is presented with the available operators, such as Equals or Not equals, and another with a list of all the existing device models in the project.

This example shows a condition that applies to users whose device model is iPhone 8 Plus.
Carrier name
Identify active mobile devices by their mobile carrier. A drop list is presented with the available operators, such as Equals or Not equals, and another with the available mobile network operators.

This example shows a condition that applies to users whose carrier name is Vodafone IE.
Browser
Identify active web devices by their browser. A drop list is presented with the available operators, such as Equals or Not equals, and another with a choice of Mobile or Desktop browser.

This example shows a condition, that applies to users whose browser is desktop.
