By enabling the Optimove integration you can use Xtremepush as a channel provider and schedule campaigns from the Optimove dashboard. You will be able to create campaign templates on the Xtremepush platform that will then be available to target from Optimove.
The segments are calculated by Optimove, but additional segmentation of the target audience can be added to the Xtremepush campaign. Attributes stored in Optimove can be made available to use in Xtremepush templates for personalisation.
Select the Optimove card in the Integrations marketplace tab and click Connect.
Give your connection a Name that helps you easily identify it.
Contact your Optimove account manager to retrieve the connection details needed. You will need the Username, Password, Endpoint, and Channel.
When an Xtremepush campaign is triggered from Optimove, a list of Optimove Customer IDs are sent to Xtremepush to trigger the campaign. By default, the Optimove Customer ID is mapped to the Xtremepush User ID.
It is possible to change the Optimove attribute used for mapping against the Xtremepush User ID. Contact your Optimove account manager to enable a different attribute to be used, then fill in the attribute name in the User ID attribute.
You can also choose to include mobile phone numbers from Optimove for sending SMS campaigns. Contact your Optimove account manager to enable this feature, then fill in the attribute name in the Mobile number attribute field.
Mobile number format
If mobile numbers are sent from Optimove they must follow the correct format. Use the country code for every number, but without 00 or + at the start.
Ensure that you are setting the User ID for all of your users, the User ID identifier should be the same you use to identify users in Optimove using Customer ID.
Set the User ID for all of your known users by using the Xtremepush SDK. This is normally done when a user logs in.
USER_ID is replaced by the individual User ID.

To create an additional Optimove connection, select the Optimove card in the Integrations Marketplace tab found at Settings > Integrations > Marketplace. Click Connect New and repeat the integration steps outlined in the above section.
Select the integration you want to update at Settings > Integrations > Marketplace > Configured Integrations. Go to the Settings tab to update the Name of the connection, Connection settings, or Matching settings. Click Save to confirm any changes.
Select the integration you want to update at Settings > Integrations > Marketplace > Configured Integrations. Go to the Settings tab and click the Actions button. You will be presented with the option to either Deactivate or Delete the integration. Clicking either of them opens a confirmation dialog.
