Legacy dashboard

It is still possible to access a legacy dashboard by clicking on Dashboard > Switch to old dashboard. If you prefer to access our current dashboard click on Switch to new dashboard.

This page provides an overview of important data points in a dashboard format to give you quick a feel for how your apps are performing, how engaged your users, what your typical user looks like etc.

The data displayed on this page will differ depending on whether you select Mobile or Web on the top bar menu. The download button in each of the graphs allows to download a CSV with the totals.

Split by app type

This option will show only if you have integrated more than one type of app (website / mobile app).

Mobile stats

The three main tabs will display stats on new users, total sessions and pushes sent. Select each tab to see a line chart or a bar chart of the data.

Below the graph you will find three mini summary screens:

  • App totals: total number of users from the lifetime of your app on the platform (and also totals by app platform (iOS / Android)).
  • Addressable users: total number of addressable users from the lifetime of your app on the platform (and also totals by app platform (iOS / Android)).
  • Average Joe: description of your typical app user.

Web stats

The three main tabs will display stats on Opt ins, Opt outs and pushes sent. Select each tab to see a line chart or a bar chart of the data.

Below the graph you will find two mini summary screens:

  • Website totals: total number of users and visitors from the lifetime of your website on the platform and total number of addressable web users.
  • Addressable users by browser: total number of addressable users from the lifetime of your website on the platform by browser (Chrome, Firefox and Safari).
